Located right in the heart of Bukit Panjang and Cashew, The Myst Condo is City Developments Limited’s newest development. Aries, an affiliate of the largest non-government-controlled developer in the country, has been granted the rights to two adjoining sites at 798 and 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road in north-west Singapore’s Tan Chong industrial park. Covering a total area of 16,620 square metres (178,900 square feet), the property is zoned for residential use with a plot ratio of 2.1, allowing the developer to build up to 24-storeys high.
In recent years, the city-state has endeavoured to invigorate the Bukit Timah district through a variety of development projects that are intended to enhance its connectivity and introduce more natural environment.
